Since 1986 LAYN has been committed to providing responsive and effective stabilization services to homeless and runaway youth between the ages of 12-17 and at-risk young adults 18-25 with transitional living services.The LAYN philosophy is to meet youth at their point of need and provide nonjudgmental, professional, nurturing services to transition that youth into a stable living environment.
